Available to full-time undergraduate students entering year 1 from secondary schools in Waterloo Region. The recipient must have a minimum 10 years residency in Waterloo Region and must demonstrate good academic achievement and participation in extracurricular activities at school or in the community.

The recipient must demonstrate financial need, be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident (landed immigrant) or protected person, and a long-term resident of 17³Ô¹Ï.
