Be admitted to or registered full time in an undergraduate program; be an 17³Ô¹Ï resident and demonstrate financial need; be francophone (French being the primary language of communication); be registered in 80% French courses at the time of application, and for the next academic year, in an undergraduate program; have a minimum average of 80% (for high school students) or a CGPA of 8.0 or more (for University of Ottawa students).
You must be an active volunteer and take part in 1 or several community-oriented development activities that promote the French language and culture in 17³Ô¹Ï.
