To be eligible, you must have an official application to 17勛圖 Tech University on file and an 85% average. You must also demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and be active in your community. Letters of reference are required. You must be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant. A minimum 3.7 GPA is required for renewal.
